At Boating4You, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting a boat.
All reservations are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before departure.
Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Boats that do not require a licence may be operated by adults aged 18 years or older.
The person operating the boat must follow all instructions provided during the safety briefing.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that the boat is operated safely throughout the rental period.
Before departure, every renter will receive a comprehensive briefing covering:
Boat operation
Safety procedures
Navigation area
Emergency contacts
Local regulations
Recommended routes
No boat will be released until the briefing has been completed.
Boats must remain within the navigation area explained during the briefing. Leaving the designated area without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges or termination of the rental.
Unless otherwise agreed, fuel is not included in the rental price. Fuel consumption is calculated upon return based on actual usage.
The maximum number of passengers specified for each boat must never be exceeded.
Children count as passengers and must wear the appropriate life jackets provided.
The operator of the boat must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair their ability to operate the vessel safely.
Boating4You reserves the right to refuse the rental without refund if the operator appears unfit to drive.
Safety always comes first.
If weather conditions are considered unsafe, Boating4You may:
Delay the departure
Reschedule the booking
Offer an alternative date
Provide another suitable solution where applicable
The decision is made solely for the safety of our customers.
The renter agrees to return the boat in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
The renter is responsible for any damage caused through negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
Any damage or mechanical issue must be reported immediately.
Each boat is supplied with all legally required safety equipment.
Safety equipment must remain onboard throughout the rental and be returned in good condition.
Lost or intentionally damaged equipment may be charged.
Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the cancellation policy agreed at the time of booking.
Please return the boat at the agreed time.
Late returns may affect subsequent bookings and may incur additional charges.
If you expect to be delayed, please contact us immediately.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Boating4You accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
We ask all customers to help protect the beautiful coastline of Rhodes by:
Not throwing rubbish into the sea
Respecting marine life
Avoiding protected areas
Using designated swimming and anchoring locations where instructed
In the unlikely event of an emergency or mechanical issue, contact our team immediately using the emergency telephone number provided during your safety briefing.
Do not attempt repairs yourself.
By completing a booking and taking possession of the boat, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all safety instructions and applicable Greek maritime regulations.
